Time to chime in.   

1.  Do not make an official download containing any type of proprietary assets.
2.  Distribute you software with jut a basic demo and all other  original and fan projects are to be distributed by their authors as they see fit. This allows the distribution of religiously oriented materials to be separate from the project even if made by the project author.
3. Don't get on a high horse as a dev or as a end user.

Commercial rom images fall under illegal data.  Homebrewed  roms as long  as they do not use copyrighted  content are same as user generated applications..

The posting or linking of materials compiled from, consisting of, and requests for, these resources(or any other leak) is prohibited. 
You may as always discuss these issues and your thoughts on them in your developer conversations. 
While intelligent debate and discussion is encouraged, illegal data is not welcome here.

That being said, not trying to sound like a hard nose, but I want to get this out of the way.

Not sure if that feature is comming back or not. Would be a Zeo question.   Also the old games were all FLASH games so would probably be new ones if it did.  Also they would be working,  Zeo has no time for things that won't work.

And with that I am making an announcement my self.   Z-Engine, my personal multi game platform project which had always been intended to be a GU affiliate project will be formally joining GU as soon as A. Zeo accepts it, and B. The new  site comes online.   No I -will- not go into details as to why this did not happen earlier, out of respect for the community.
